"The payment page gave me major nerves"
I was ready to place my order, but the second I got to the payment page, alarm bells started going off in my head. There just wasn’t enough clear info about how my card details were being protected or who was actually handling the payment. Maybe everything is totally fine behind the scenes, but it didn’t feel reassuring at all. I couldn’t bring myself to type in my card info. They really need to make the security details way more obvious.

Everything seemed legit to me. The brands looked real, nothing felt sketchy, and I didn’t really see anything that made me worry.

"Felt like I kept getting passed around"
I ordered from vipclothingstores.com and had a question about my delivery, so I reached out to customer service. They did get back to me, but the replies felt generic, like they weren’t really looking at what I had actually asked.
I ended up having to explain the same issue more than once, and it kind of felt like I was being passed around without anyone really taking ownership. It wasn’t the worst customer service experience ever, but it definitely wasn’t very helpful either

I ordered a hoodie and it took close to 3 weeks to get to me. I didnt really get clear updates along the way either, which made it more annoying. The hoodie itself was fine, but the slow shipping definitely put me off

I ordered a medium, but it fit more like an extra small. I get that sizes can vary a bit, but this was way too far off. The company really needs to take responsibility for the sizing accuracy because this was frustrating and not what I paid for

I went in hoping to stumble on some amazing deals, but the prices were just okay. The stuff itself was decent, so it wasn’t a tragedy by any means, but a few things felt a little pricier than I expected

"Packaging was actually solid"
Ordered from Vip Clothing Stores and the packaging was good. The box showed up fine, nothing smashed, and the clothes were folded nicely with wrapping so they didn’t get all messed up during shipping. Not fancy or anything, just done properly. Works for me.

I got a hoodie from Vip Clothing Stores, and it’s okay overall. The fabric feels soft enough and all that, but it’s a little thinner than I thought it would be. I washed it once and it still felt fine after, so that part was alright. It just doesn’t have that really premium feel or anything like that. Fine for casual wear around the house or running errands, but I was hoping it would feel a bit nicer on the skin. I’d give it 3 stars.

"Pretty much exactly like the photos"
I was a little hesitant before ordering, mostly because I’ve been burned by online clothes shopping before. Like, one time I ordered a sweater that looked cozy and soft online and it showed up feeling like something you’d use to scrub dishes. Anyway, this order was way better. The clothes looked really close to the pictures on the site, and the color and fit were pretty much what I expected. No strange surprises or weird sizing drama, which was a relief. I’m happy with it and would probably order again.

I ordered from vipclothingstores.com once, it was better than I was bracing for. The clothes looked close to the photos, which is always a nice little miracle with online shopping, and the sizing was mostly fine.
Shipping wasn’t exactly speedy, but I guess it wasn’t trying to win any awards either. I did get updates, and the package showed up in decent condition, so apparently that’s where the bar is now.
I’d probably order again if something caught my eye, especially if it was on sale. It wasn’t a flawless experience by any means, but it was good enough that I’m not mad about it.

"Not sure it was worth the price"
I really thought this shirt looked nice online, but once I got it, the fabric felt thin and kind of cheap. After just one wash, it already seemed to lose its shape a bit, which was disappointing. Shipping was fine, so no issue there, but for the price, I just don’t think the quality was great. Maybe I’m being picky, but I expected a little better.

I ordered a few items, and the sizing was all over the place. One medium fit perfectly, but another medium felt noticeably smaller, which was frustrating. It’s not like everything was terrible, but now I don’t really trust the size chart or know what to expect when ordering. I just wish the sizing was more consistent so I didn’t have to second-guess every purchase.

"Decent jacket, but the wait was a bit much"
I ordered a jacket and it did arrive in good condition, neatly packed and everything, but the delivery took longer than I thought it would. The jacket itself is okay for the price, the stitching looked fine and the zipper works smoothly, but it doesn’t feel especially high-end. I also reached out to customer service with a question, and they did get back to me, just not very quickly. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just average.

"Couldn't get a response"
I try to be fair because I know shops can get busy, but I emailed vipclothingstores.com twice about my order and waited days without hearing anything back. I also tried the contact form just in case, but still got no reply. It was frustrating because I wasn’t asking for much, just a simple update. Maybe there’s a reason for the delay, but from my side it felt like customer service wasn’t really there.

They’ve got a few nice pieces, don’t get me wrong, but I was expecting way more variety. A bunch of the styles felt samey, like they were all cousins or something. Not terrible, just kinda boring, and nothing really jumped out at me.

I tried a few discount codes at checkout, and none of them actually worked. that’s annoying, especially when the prices don’t feel worth it without a real deal. If a store is going to promote discounts, they should make sure they actually work, otherwise it just feels misleading
